I never give reviews because frankly, i'm too busy. However, since exemplary service is so rare these days, I had to comment on the experience I had with Mitchell of 'For the Love of Pianos'. With the passing of my dear mother, several changes had to be made including the sale of her beloved Balwin grand piano.

After finding Mitchell through a friend, I was granted the opportunity to meet him, and was immediately impressed with not only his passion for the queen of instruments, but also his compassion for my situation. Others, who I had previously contacted were quick in their attempts to take advantage. Mitchell did not. He was more concerned with making me know that my mom's treasured piano would find a home where it's a glorious sound would echo for years going forward rather than the business aspect of our interaction.
Mitchell sees the piano as a living thing to be respected, just as much as the owner, and throughout the process it showed. Thank you so much Mitchell ...

He took time and care in showing and explaining the different options, and helped me to feel confident in my choice, even though my piano experience was relatively limited.
