The cabinet in nearly perfect, the polished ebony finish beautiful and in excellent shape. The touch and tone of the instrument is like new, a strong, excellent piano with many years of quality life ahead of it.

- Tuning prior to delivery, ensuring it is in great shape to play as soon as it arrives.
- Tuning after delivery. About a month later, as the piano acclimatizes to its new space, a technician will come to tune and inspect your piano.
